How do I sell on Kiweal?

To sell, create a seller account, verify your identity, and start listing your cards. We handle payments and provide shipping labels.

What are the fees?

We take a 5% commission on sales. The buyer pays a 3% protection fee.

How does authentication work?

Every card goes through our authentication center. We verify authenticity, condition, and listing accuracy. Photos are taken as proof. Once authenticated, the card is shipped to the buyer.

Refund and Dispute Policy

Our authentication is the guarantee. Once a card is authenticated by Kiweal with supporting photos, it is considered compliant with the listing.

Claim window: 21 days after delivery.

In case of an issue (damaged package, card different from authentication photos), contact us via the "Report a Problem" button in your order details.

My card isn't listed, what do I do?

Contact us at support@kiweal.com with the card name and we'll add it to our catalog quickly.
